Living room with open kitchen, our appliances are renewed regularly.

Sleeps 6: sofa (pull-out beds that can be folded out into a 160x190cm bed), sleeping area (2 bunk beds 80x190cm) and closed cabin (2 bunk beds 80x190cm).

Important:

- the law specifies that sleeping in the upper bed is not allowed for children under 6 years old. This configuration of our two sleeping areas therefore makes it possible to accommodate, if necessary, the beds of 2 children under 6 years old on the lower beds.

- bed and bathroom linen not provided, possibility of renting from our local correspondent, to be agreed directly with her.

For summer: located at the start of many medium and high mountain hikes (including the start of Mont-Blanc).

Lac des Chavants (fishing, picnic and barbecue) and climbing wall, tennis nearby, games and courses for children, small wood with river ...

For winter: located at the bottom of the slopes, ski school (ESF), cable cars and equipment rental, snow garden and nursery.

Private garage and cellar (ski stirrups, shoe rack).

Close to shops.

Free bus and SNCF (guest cards given on arrival) to the Swiss border, via Chamonix (and other possible stations).

Non-smoking location.

Additional equipment: raclette machine, DVD player, stroller, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, “Marie” robot, pressure cooker, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, hair dryer, camping chairs.

Tariffs: 320 to 640 € / week, according to period and number of the occupants, decreasing according to time.
